Hangaroo does not determine whether shared documents meet any operational, insurance, or regulatory requirements. Aircraft owners and CFIs are solely responsible for independently reviewing documents and making their own determinations.

Due to the nature of aviation-related data and platform security requirements, Hangaroo retains certain information even after account deactivation.

- Your use of the platform is with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian
- A parent or legal guardian may be required to consent to or acknowledge certain activities
Hangaroo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Accounts found to be associated with users under 13 will be terminated.
